Ann Swain is the Chief Executive of APSCo (Association of Professional Staffing Companies), formed by the merger of ATSCo (Association of Technology Staffing Companies) and the Forum of Professional Recruiters. Leading the first recruitment industry overseas trade delegation to Abu Dhabi and Qatar in 2008, Ann won the TAF Award for Best Practice for Export Initiative. As the marketing director of The Marketing Society she's the guardian of over 2600 members, all senior marketers and is responsible for its national programme of events as well as developing valuable partnerships to benefit the membership. Gemma has worked with the Society for four years to challenge its members to think differently and become bolder marketing leaders. She is especially proud of her drive to ensure the 50-year-old Society is as brilliant at building communities online as offline.
